Our principal technician, Graeme Henderson, has been working in IT since the early days of DOS point-of-sale systems — back when setting up a network meant something very different to what it does today.

Over nearly three decades Graeme has trained and qualified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I) under Windows NT4 and Windows 2000, and has spent the years since building deep, self-taught expertise across all three major platforms — Windows, macOS and Linux.

That breadth of experience matters. Most IT problems don’t arrive neatly labelled with the solution attached. Having worked across DOS, every version of Windows, Mac OS and multiple Linux distributions over 29 years means Graeme has almost certainly seen your problem before — and knows how to fix it efficiently without unnecessary upselling or drama.
